I have several 5-hour promo codes received for buying Atomic Heart, but I can't activate more than one on my account. What should I do?

  • The promo code provides 5 hours of gameplay that can be used within 30 days, after which it will expire. Due to this technical feature, you can't activate multiple promo codes for 5 hours of gameplay at once on the same account. Only one promo code can be activated every 30 days.

I have activated the 5-hour promo code received for purchasing Atomic Heart, but now I cannot activate a regular hourly promo code on the same account. Why is that?

  • Promo code аctivates the special plan called "ATOMIC". You only can play in Atomic Heart with it.
    Due to this feature, it's not possible to add other hourly promo codes to the "ATOMIC" plan. You need to wait until the plan is deactivated. Another option is to simply purchase 1 hour to change the plan to "Hourly" and then activate other hourly promo codes.

I purchased Atomic Heart in VK Play but haven't received a 5-hour promo code for VK Play Cloud. What to do and how to be?

  • The promo code is sent within a few hours after buying the game. So if you have just bought the game, we recommend simply waiting.
