AndroidTV has only 2 authorization methods: QR code or one-time access code entry.
If you do not already have a VK Play Cloud account, you can sign up and subscribe on our website.
Authorization via one-time code:
On your PC or mobile device, open this link: https://cloud.vkplay.ru/tv
If you have not been authorized in a browser before, you need to login to your account.
After authorization you will automatically get a window for one-time password.
In the new window, enter the one-time password from the TV screen. With successful authorization, the TV screen will automatically update, you will have an opened game catalog.
Authorization via QR code
To open the QR-code, you must have the VK Play Cloud application installed on your phone.
If you have not installed the application before, our article can help you.
If the app is installed, point your phone camera at the QR-code on your TV. After scanning the QR code, the page will automatically update.
Common problems
I point my camera at the QR code, but nothing happens.
Most likely your camera doesn't support scanning QR codes, you need to install any QR code scanning app from the store.
If you scan through the app, but nothing happens: check that the entire QR code is within the scanning area. Alternatively, try opening the link through another app.
When scanning the code, the link opens in the browser, the app doesn't launch.
This may happen in 2 situations:
- You have an outdated phone\TV app. In this case, you need to check for an update via Google Play or reinstall the app via an APK file.
- The mobile app does not have permission to open links.
On your phone, you need to open Settings -> Applications -> VK Play Cloud and check if our app is allowed to open links and URLs on your device.
