Please keep in mind that correspondence regarding the deletion of personal data can only be held in English or Russian.
Deletion of your personal data will be followed by deletion of the related information, including received in-game achievements, progression, and items. This also affects items and privileges purchased for real currency. The restoration will be impossible. By requesting to delete your personal data, you state that you understand this fact and approve the deletion of this related information.
In order to initiate the deletion of your account and all related data, click on "Delete account" under section "Personal data".
If there are game accounts linked to your profile, some manual editing might need to be done by us. Should that be the case, the "Delete account" button will forward you to another page instead, where you can submit a ticket. Please do so and fill out the form to your best knowledge. Our support agents might request additional information for verification purposes. These measures are necessary as they allow us to avoid errors and minimize the risk of potential damage to the account of the original owner.
Needless to say that the deletion takes slightly more time if manual actions are required.
When you're creating a ticket, please indicate the account (Facebook ID, Steam ID, etc) and the name of the character which you're planning to delete.
Pay attention to the fact that the deletion ticket can be considered only when created from the account which you want to delete.
