The Streams section on VK Play displays a selection of game streams from https://vk.com/video. These include both live streams and recordings. There are twenty streams, which are displayed randomly.
To watch a stream, just choose a preview and click on it. A modal window will pop up with a video player. However, there is no chat. To access it, tap the VK icon. It will take you to https://vk.com/video/@streamerName. You can find recordings of previous streams on this page.
