Which gamepads are supported
The service supports up to 4 gamepads at the same time, so you can play together if the game provides this mode.
We support Xbox 360, Xbox One, Dualshock and DualSense gamepads, as the games themselves work with these gamepads and additional configuration is not required to connect them.
You can try to connect other gamepads as well, but we cannot guarantee their correct operation, since all gamepads connected to our service are emulated as Xbox gamepads.
How to connect gamepads
- In order for a gamepad to work correctly, you need to connect it before starting the cloud gaming client, as our application detects only input devices connected before starting the game.
- If you try to connect/reconnect your gamepad during the game, our app will not detect it.
- Gamepad vibration is not supported at the moment, but we plan to add this feature in the future.
Possible Problems and Solutions
- If you experience any issues with wireless connection, please try to connect your gamepad using wire, then run our game pad app.
- For the gamepads to work correctly it is necessary for you to have installed the current version of the drivers.
- At the moment we do not support steering wheels and other custom controllers.
