Refunds are available during the first 7 days from subscription purchase, and the total time of game sessions does not exceed 60 minutes.
In all other cases, refunds are not possible, according to the User Agreement (paragraph 4.2).
When requesting a refund, please specify:
- The ID of your game account where the purchase was made.
- Payment receipt or bank statement, that will show the payment number or information about your payment system (for example: the first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card) and the date of payment.
The most common types of refund requests:
- Bought the wrong plan.
Example: you wanted to play games from the Steam Launcher, but you bought a "Lite" plan. You can consider changing your plan in your personal cabinet to "Comfort" or "Premium" tariff plan.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan or if one of the plans doesn't suit you, you have the option to switch to a different subscription with a discount appiled to the already paid plan. For instance, if you bought the "Lite" tariff but need to use Steam, you can purchase the "Comfort" or "Premium" plans with a discount of 999 ruble. The size of the discount depends on the number of played days on your current plan. If you played for a week on the "Lite" plan and decided to switch to "Premium", the discount will be less. - Subscription auto-renewal has worked.
You can cancel auto-renewal on your personal account by pressing the button "Cancel auto-renewal" in order to avoid unwanted prolongation of your plan.
Pay attention to your plan, if it is an archive subscription (for example: Medium or Premium), it will be impossible to restore the subscription. Because the archive plans remain only for those users who have them auto-renewed. - No game you want.
Even if you did not find the game you need in our catalog, you can run any game using our cards: "Steam", "All Launchers", "Virtual Computer". - Do not like the quality of the game session.
Most of the problems with the quality of the game session can be solved by properly configuring Streaming settings or improving the quality of your Internet connection.
