I can't log in to MY.GAMES because I lost access to the device with the authenticator. What should I do?


When attempting to log in, you will see a window informing you that the request has been sent to the authenticator. Select "No access to device"

This will start the process of disabling your two-factor authentication. You will need to confirm your identity by entering the code from the SMS that will be sent to the phone number linked to your VK PLAY account.
Warning! If both the phone number and the device with the authenticator are not available, you will need to contact VK PLAY support with a request to disable the authenticator. You can do it here
