We have pre-installed a set of games/mods on all servers that can run without any additional installation.
However, if you notice that your game or mod is being installed every time, it's probably because the distribution files are not pre-installed on the servers.
As a result, downloading and installing will occur in each gaming session.
Why is that so?
Any changes made by a player on the server, including installed games/mods, are not saved. We pre-install games based on two criteria: their release date (for new games) or their popularity among the gaming community on our service and in general.
Answers on the most commonly-asked questions
Is it possible to pre-install my game or mod on the service?
If you want us to add a game or mod to the service, you can contact us and make a request. Please include the name of the game/mod and the launcher in your message.
Our gaming content team will review your request and consider the possibility of adding the game or mod to the service.
How can I understand that the game is pre-installed? Typically, pre-installed games have their own separate cards in our catalogue.
If the game is already pre-installed and has its own separate card, why does it need to be installed every time it's accessed through the "Virtual PC" card?
The server settings in the "Virtual PC" card are very different from other cards. This card has almost no pre-installed games or programs, so we recommend using it only if you require full access to a PC.

Why is the game appears as a separate card in your catalog but I have to install it every time?
If this is a complete game installation (not just an update), it's possible that the version you have differs from the one on the server. This often happens when a game is available on multiple launchers.
For instance, we have the Steam version of the game pre-installed, but you're launching the Uplay version. In this case, the game needs to be installed every time.
