If issues arise when installing a game you’ve downloaded through the GamingCenter or installing updates (patches) for such a game, create a help request about the problem including a detailed description of the situation.
You must include the name of the game, as well as which antivirus software and firewall are installed on your computer, and what errors occur during the installation process.
If necessary, attach a screenshot.
